Onyx County - overview of my SC4 region (pt.1)

Just recently I decided to get back to one of my favorite games of all times, Sim City 4. It's shocking how exciting a 10 year old game can still be, more shocking that nothing nearly as good has been released in this period. So here is a bit of a tour of my save so far...
